COVID-19 Coronavirus Update

In light of the guidance issued by the government in relation to the COVID-19 Pandemic, we have made some changes to our service provision. The health and safety of our staff and service users remains our highest priority and we have adapted our services to meet this guidance. Please see below for updates on our individual service areas:
 
Smoking Cessation - All stop smoking support is now available by telephone or video call only. If you wish to stop smoking, our advisors are able to provide personalised motivational support and access to nicotine replacement therapy. Please register with the service to find out more. Please note that as Royal Mail is operating under extreme pressure due to the Pandemic, some deliveries of nicotine replacement therapy may be delayed. Unfortunately, this situation is beyond the control of Get Healthy Rotherham and Royal Mail. Please bear with us during this challenging time.
 
NHS Health Checks - Our NHS Health Check programme has been suspended until further notice.
 
Weight Management - Our partner organisation, Slimming World, have taken the difficult decision to suspend their sessions within the community. However, they are continuing to provide support via their digital and remote services. Please register with the service to find out more.
 
Get Healthy Coach Support - Our Get Healthy Coach service is not taking on new clients until further notice.
